Dixon STV King combination nipples connect a hose shank to a grooved-end connection in low-pressure liquid suction or discharge service. These STV models are unplated steel, with nominal sizes from 1-1/2 through 4 inches.

Select the nipple to match the hose and grooved connection, then select the securing components for that assembly. This is a fitting, not a complete hose assembly; the hose, grooved coupling and hose attachment must be selected separately.

Assembly testing Follow the applicable assembly test procedure. Dixon references testing oil suction/discharge hose at 1.5 times working pressure for 15 minutes without leakage or coupling movement.
