Questions about this product?

Hose and mounting hardware are not included.

The Coxreels 1195-1332-C is a manual bevel-crank hose reel for large-diameter hose and high-volume fluid handling. It holds up to 75 feet of 2-inch I.D. hose with a 2-9/16-inch outside diameter. The standard in-line swivel uses nitrile seals and connects through 2-inch female NPT inlet and outlet connections.

The C suffix supplies a front bevel-geared crank, so hose retrieval does not require an electrical, air, or hydraulic power supply. This configuration suits installations where the operator can reach the crank and guide the hose onto the drum. Allow room for both tasks when positioning the reel on a truck or fixed mounting surface.

Manual retrieval with a supported hose path

The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot let the first wrap sit smoothly against the drum. Rolled disc edges help protect the hose at the sides, while the welded steel A-frame supports the assembly in mobile and stationary applications. The external swivel can be serviced without removing the reel from its mounting.

Feature Benefit
Front bevel-geared crank Provides mechanical rewind without a motor power supply.
Low-profile riser and open drum Helps the hose wrap flat without crimping at the outlet.
Welded steel A-frame Supports large-diameter hose in fixed and mobile installations.
External nickel-plated steel swivel Allows hose installation and seal service while the reel remains mounted.
Lubricated support bearings Support smooth drum rotation.
CPC powder-coat finish Provides a chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting finish.

Select the components for your installation

For a water-truck hose station or industrial transfer system, select the working hose for the liquid, pressure, temperature, and handling conditions. Capacity depends on outside diameter as well as length. A larger outside diameter or uneven winding can reduce the amount of hose that fits.

Component Selection
Included reel assembly Reel, frame, standard swivel, and bevel-geared crank.
Working hose Select a compatible 2-inch I.D. hose within the 75-foot capacity and specified outside diameter.
Supply connection Use a flexible inlet hose. Do not connect rigid piping to the swivel or restrain the inlet hose in a way that side-loads the swivel.
Roller guides and locking accessories Select separately to suit the mounting position, hose route, and transport requirements.

Before ordering

Match the reel to the available mounting surface and the way the hose will be pulled out. Keep the crank accessible and leave sufficient space to guide the hose. Release supply pressure before servicing the swivel or making reel adjustments.

Check What to confirm
Hose dimensions Confirm actual outside diameter, length, weight, and minimum bend radius.
Fluid and temperature Check the fluid against nitrile seals and all wetted materials; select hose rated for the service.
Operating pressure Keep system pressure within both the reel limit and the installed hose rating.
Installation space Confirm overall dimensions, mounting pattern, crank clearance, and hose route against a current, exact-model manufacturer drawing before ordering for a particular installation.
First hose installation Fully extend and charge the hose before its initial winding; guide each wrap evenly.
Mounting and maintenance Use a solid support and suitable fasteners; inspect for looseness, hose damage, and leaks.
