The Gates 12G-12FJX90S MegaCrimp coupling joins 3/4-inch hydraulic hose to a -12 female JIC 37-degree flare connection with 1-1/16-12 threads. Its 90° bent tube, short drop configuration must match the required hose routing and mating connection.
This preassembled crimp coupling brings the stem and ferrule together as one part. Select it for a new hydraulic hose assembly or a replacement assembly when the hose series, end connection and routing have been confirmed. It is not a reusable field-attachable fitting.
Build the correct hose connection
The bent-tube shape changes hose direction at the connection; verify the short-drop dimension and available clearance. The MegaCrimp C insert distributes crimping force around the hose. Correct hose selection, insertion and crimping remain essential to the finished assembly.

Use current Gates eCrimp instructions for the exact hose, coupling, dash size and crimper. A matching hose diameter does not establish compatibility. The completed assembly must remain within the lowest-rated component's limits for pressure, temperature and fluid.
