The Elkhart Brass 6000-200E is an electrically actuated selectable-flow master stream nozzle designed for the original Sidewinder EXM electric water monitor system. Featuring a 2-1/2" FNHT inlet and selectable flow rates from 15 to 200 GPM at 100 PSI, it provides versatile water delivery for water trucks, construction and mining equipment, dust-control systems, and other vehicle-mounted water cannon applications.
The nozzle provides eight manually selectable flow settings: 15, 30, 45, 60, 95, 125, 150, and 200 GPM, along with a flush setting. A quick-turn locking selector ring allows the required flow to be selected directly at the nozzle.
Electric actuation provides remote straight-stream-to-fog pattern control through the compatible Sidewinder EXM control system. Available patterns include straight stream, 30° narrow fog, and 90° wide fog. A manual override provides an additional means of adjusting the nozzle pattern when required.
The 6000-200E is a selectable-flow nozzle, not an automatic nozzle. The desired flow rate is mechanically selected at the nozzle rather than automatically changing as available water flow or pressure varies.
Compatibility Note: Elkhart part 06000201 is the original 6000-200E configuration used with the Sidewinder EXM platform. For systems requiring the newer Deutsch-connected 6000-200E(D) configuration, see Elkhart part 06000202.

Sidewinder EXM Control Integration
The 6000-200E was developed for use with the Elkhart Brass Sidewinder EXM monitor platform. Its electrically actuated pattern mechanism allows the operator to control nozzle pattern remotely through the compatible EXM monitor controls.
The control system provides remote adjustment between straight stream and fog, allowing operators to change spray characteristics from the cab or other control location without manually repositioning the nozzle.
Flow rate is selected mechanically at the nozzle using the locking flow-selector ring and does not change electronically through the EXM controller.
For newer installations using the Deutsch-connected 6000-200E(D) nozzle configuration, use Elkhart 06000202.
