The Elkhart Brass 6000-200E(D) is an electrically actuated, selectable-flow master stream nozzle designed for use with the BrushHawk 8495 electric water monitor. Featuring a 1-1/2" FNHT inlet, Deutsch electrical connector, and selectable flow rates from 15 to 200 GPM at 100 PSI, it provides flexible water delivery for water trucks, mining and construction equipment, dust-control systems, and other mobile water applications.
A quick-turn locking flow selector allows the operator to select 15, 30, 45, 95, 125, 150, or 200 GPM at 100 PSI to match the required water output. The nozzle is selectable-flow rather than automatic—the desired flow rate is mechanically selected at the nozzle.
When connected to the BrushHawk control system, the electrically actuated nozzle provides remote straight-stream-to-fog pattern adjustment from the BrushHawk joystick. This allows the operator to change spray pattern without leaving the cab or operating position.
The 6000-200E(D) combines lightweight aluminum construction, wide flow capability, electric pattern control, manual override, and compatibility with foam concentrate for demanding vehicle-mounted water delivery applications.

BrushHawk Control Integration
The 6000-200E(D) is designed to integrate with the Elkhart Brass BrushHawk 8495 monitor and its compatible control system. The Deutsch electrical connection allows the nozzle's pattern actuator to interface with the BrushHawk system.
Using the compatible BrushHawk joystick, the operator can electrically adjust the nozzle from straight stream through fog using the nozzle-pattern rocker control while also controlling monitor position from the same operating location.
Flow rate is selected mechanically using the locking selector ring on the nozzle and is not electronically or automatically varied by the BrushHawk control system.
BrushHawk monitor, joystick, CAN harnesses, water valve, and other system components are sold separately unless specifically included with the selected configuration.
