The Elkhart Brass 6000-200E(D) is an electrically actuated, selectable-flow master stream nozzle designed for precise water delivery across a wide operating range. This configuration features a 2-1/2" FNHT inlet, Deutsch electrical connector, and selectable flow rates from 15 to 200 GPM at 100 PSI, making it well suited for water trucks, dust control equipment, mining and construction applications, and fire apparatus.
Designed for optimal performance with the Elkhart Brass Sidewinder EXM2, the 6000-200E(D) provides electrically controlled pattern adjustment from straight stream to narrow fog or wide fog. When connected to a compatible monitor and control system, the operator can adjust the spray pattern remotely without leaving the cab or operating position.
Flow is selected using a quick-turn locking flow selector ring, allowing one nozzle to accommodate multiple water-flow requirements. Available settings are 15, 30, 45, 95, 125, 150, and 200 GPM at 100 PSI. The 6000-200E(D) is a selectable-flow nozzle rather than an automatic nozzle—the desired flow setting is selected at the nozzle.
Durable lightweight aluminum construction, electric pattern actuation, and a standard manual override make the 6000-200E(D) a versatile nozzle for demanding mobile equipment installations.

Sidewinder EXM2 Control Integration
The 6000-200E(D) is specifically designed to pair with the Sidewinder EXM2 electric monitor system. The Deutsch electrical connection interfaces with the compatible monitor/control system, allowing the nozzle actuator to be controlled remotely along with monitor movement and other configured EXM2 functions.
This provides the operator with remote fog-to-stream pattern control from an Elkhart EXM2 controller or a properly integrated vehicle control system.
The nozzle's flow rate remains mechanically selectable at the nozzle using the locking selector ring. It should not be confused with an automatic nozzle that continuously adjusts its operating characteristics as available water flow or pressure changes.
