The UnitedBuilt AV1100 is a heavy-duty, OEM-grade air-operated spray valve built to enhance the efficiency, durability, and reliability of your water truck system. Proudly designed and manufactured in the USA, this valve is engineered for dependable performance under the toughest operating conditions.

The AV1100 features an internal spring specifically designed to hold the valve closed under static pressure when the truck is shut off and air pressure is depleted—preventing unintended water leaks during downtime.

Its air-to-close design ensures a smooth, controlled closing action, significantly reducing the water hammer effect. This soft shutoff minimizes shock to the plumbing system and helps maximize the service life of your water pump.

When air pressure is shut off and the pump engages, the pressure overrides the internal spring and the AV1100 valve opens, delivering a consistent, uninterrupted flow to your spray nozzles. For optimal performance, we recommend using a quick exhaust valve at the supply port to rapidly vent air from the air chamber.

⚠️ Note: We do not recommend closing valves under active water pressure. Doing so may increase stress on the system and reduce the lifespan of plumbing and water pump components.
