The UnitedBuilt AV1100-SK Internal Diaphragm Assembly is the genuine OEM replacement seal assembly for the UnitedBuilt AV1100 air-to-close water truck spray valve. This assembly includes the internal valve components required to service the diaphragm assembly without the spring, allowing a serviceable AV1100 to be rebuilt without replacing the complete valve.
Manufactured in the USA, the AV1100-SK combines purpose-selected materials for durability, dimensional stability, and reliable operation in demanding water truck spray systems. The flexible urethane diaphragm is retained between high-impact, no-break copolymer polypropylene top and bottom retainers. A precision-machined black acetal copolymer nut and machined 6061-T6511 aluminum bolt complete the core assembly.
The AV1100 was designed around serviceable internal components, allowing normal wear items to be replaced while retaining the valve body, cap, and other reusable components. For AV1100 valves with a serviceable body and spring, replacing the internal diaphragm assembly can restore proper valve operation while reducing repair cost and equipment downtime.
AV1100-SK does not include the valve spring. For a complete internal assembly including the spring, use the UnitedBuilt AV1100-SKF seal kit.
