The Cla-Val 81664F Model 7100 is a 2-1/2" air-operated, air-to-close inline control valve with female NPT connections for remote on/off flow control. Its diaphragm-operated design is well suited to water truck spray plumbing, discharge circuits, dust-control systems, and other applications requiring remotely controlled water flow.

The Cla-Val 7100 uses a full line-sized opening for low flow resistance and a flexible diaphragm assembly that closes against the valve seat for drip-tight shutoff. This 2-1/2" configuration has a Cv of 72 and is rated for Class 125 service up to 175 PSI maximum. The cast-iron body and cover are epoxy coated, and the seat ring and internal service components are replaceable without removing the valve body from the line.
