Muncie 30T60228 is a replacement PTO pressure switch with a 1/8-inch NPT connection. Use it when the service parts for your PTO specify this switch and the installed connection matches. The pressure switch is one component of the activation system; it is not a complete adapter, wiring or activation kit.

Muncie also uses 30T60228 within the 47TA6762 bonded NPT switch and adapter assembly. That assembly combines the switch with adapter 43T67451 for certain PTOs otherwise associated with an SAE -4 ORB switch. If your installation has the bonded assembly, identify the complete replacement specified for it before ordering an individual switch. The separate 30T60223 is the SAE -4 ORB switch.

Before ordering

Check the complete PTO model, its parts list and the physical switch connection. A 1/8-inch NPT switch does not thread directly into an SAE -4 ORB port. Muncie's pressure-switch deviation permits the bonded NPT switch and adapter assembly on certain A20 and CS6 units, while F20 and F22 applications continue to use the 30T60223 ORB switch. Follow the PTO service instructions for replacement and electrical connections.
