The UnitedBuilt AV1100-TD Internal Top Disc is a genuine OEM replacement component for the UnitedBuilt AV1100 air-to-close water truck spray valve. The top disc is part of the AV1100's serviceable internal diaphragm assembly and works with the bottom disc to retain and support the urethane diaphragm during valve operation.
Manufactured in the USA from high-impact, no-break copolymer polypropylene, the AV1100-TD is designed to provide a durable yet lightweight internal retainer for demanding water truck spray-system service. The polymer construction provides excellent impact resistance and eliminates corrosion concerns associated with metallic diaphragm retainers.
The AV1100 was designed with individually replaceable internal components, allowing worn or damaged parts to be serviced without replacing the complete valve. The AV1100-TD can be replaced individually or as part of a complete AV1100 diaphragm rebuild.
For a complete internal diaphragm assembly, use the UnitedBuilt AV1100-SK without spring or AV1100-SKF with spring.
