The Peterson 780 back-up alarm provides a 97 dB audible warning for a compatible vehicle reversing circuit. It operates from 12 to 24 volts and draws less than 0.6 amp, allowing the electrical supply to be checked before replacing an existing alarm.
Select this model when the required warning level and electrical configuration match the installation. The 780 is the 97 dB version; it is not the higher-output Peterson 781. Confirm the alarm requirements for your equipment and working environment rather than choosing by housing appearance alone.
