UnitedBuilt Water Truck Plumbing Kits are designed based on our standard water truck plumbing layout, ensuring compatibility with most spray systems. These kits include essential components to streamline your installation. Depending on your chassis, tank, and preferred plumbing layout, additional plumbing and fittings may be required to complete your setup.
From tank to water pump and from pump to each spray head. All plumbing is SCH 40 steel pipe with groove style flexible fittings.
Our standard system includes our UnitedBuilt cast iron 4x3 centrifugal water truck pump with a mechanical seal with max flow 750GPM at 65PSI.
Cab control console for independently air operated valves with spray heads. Includes 1/4" airline and fittings.
