Water Trucks and Tanks

Does United Truck & Equipment offer me flexibility in water tank length and gallonage?

UnitedBuilt offers a wide variety of water tank options to meet different length and gallonage needs. Tanks come in standard types ranging from 1800 to 6000 gallons, and 10 to 18 feet (or longer) in size. They can be built in either a classic modified ellipse shape or a modified trapezoid shape with a radius bottom. With 16 different gallons-per-foot configurations available, UnitedBuilt can ensure that any water system specification is met.

Do I have choices about the type and quantity of valves and spray heads to apply to my water truck?

UnitedBuilt Equipment constructs a wide range of spray systems with various water delivery options. These options include the number of valves and spray nozzles, the actuation method of the nozzles, independent control of each spray or bar, the number of controls on the cab console, choice between 'duckbill' or adjustable type nozzles, and the option to use UnitedBuilt's OEM valve and nozzle products or similar ones from other manufacturers.

Can I supply the chassis for my water truck system?

When it comes to providing water truck systems, UnitedBuilt Equipment has a wealth of experience in tailoring them to fit any chassis make and model. You have the option of bringing your truck to our Phoenix location for system installation, or simply specifying the make, model, cab-to-axle, and transmission to order a water tank kit for self-installation. The contact between the truck frame and tank system is always safeguarded by vulcanized wear pads and spring-loaded mounting brackets. Whether you need a completed truck unit, installed system, or tank kit, UnitedBuilt has the expertise to build them all.

Can United Truck paint my tank system?

United Truck & Equipment has an industrial Powder Coating oven and an accomplished coating department to sandblast, prime, Powder Coat, and/or Epoxy Line your tank Interior. Call a United Truck sales representative to find out more, including an epoxy coating option available for tank interiors.


When will my order be shipped?

For priority orders (Next Day, 2nd Day) placed before 2:00 PM Monday-Friday, all in stock items will ship the same day.

Grounds orders typically ship same day or next day if placed before 2:00 PM.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order details and the selected shipping method. Please allow 3-5 business days transit time to receive your order once it has shipped. This time frame pertains to orders placed within the continental United States and does not include Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No. Unfortunately, UPS will not allow us to ship our parts to a PO Box. If you make an order with a PO Box for the shipping address, the order will be held until we are able to get in touch with you to find an alternative address.

Can I track my order?

Once shipped, your tracking details will appear in your order details.

You can also email, call or use our chat box to check on the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is possible if we have not already processed your shipment. After placing your order, we will immediately start working on your order. Contact us via our Online Messaging our call our Parts Department at 602-253-7750 as soon as possible.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We do our best to make sure everything is available at all times. However, if for some reason an item goes out of stock, we will notify you via email and give a timeline for when it should be back in stock. We will still ship out any in-stock items immediately so that you're never left waiting!

What if I can't wait that long?

We understand if you don't want to wait, so we will give you the option to cancel this item at no charge.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes! You will have the option to select "Use Your Shipper Account" as the shipping method.


Do you accept credit cards?
