Working hose included; mounting hardware is not included.
The Coxreels TSH-N-3100 spring-rewind hose reel includes 100 feet of 3/8-inch I.D. PVC air and water hose rated to a maximum of 300 PSI. The 100-foot hose provides reach for service work around trucks, equipment, and larger work areas. Choose this configuration when a 50-foot hose would not reach the job and the larger T Series reel will fit the available mounting space.
A spring motor rewinds the hose without an electrical connection or an air-powered drive. Pull out the length you need and use the ratchet to hold it in position, then guide the hose back onto the drum when the job is finished.
Dual support arms and the Super Hub support the axle for mobile installations exposed to vibration. The adjustable guide arm lets the installer arrange hose payout for a wall, floor, vehicle, or overhead mounting position. A one-piece steel base provides a stable attachment point, while rolled drum edges help protect the hose during handling.
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Spring rewind | Retrieve the hose without adding a separate drive or electrical supply. |
| Dual pedestal and Super Hub | Support the axle at three points for rugged mobile service. |
| Multi-position ratchet | Hold the extended hose at a working length. |
| Adjustable guide arm | Align the hose exit with the selected mounting position. |
| External brass swivel | Access the hose connection and service the swivel seals without removing the reel from its mount. |
| Adjustable rubber hose stop | Set the accessible length left outside the roller guide. |
| CPC powder-coat finish | Protect the steel reel with a chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting coating. |

Use the supplied hose for air or water service within its pressure and temperature limits. Oil, fuel, chemical transfer, breathing air, and drinking-water systems require a configuration specifically approved for that service. Choose the supply hose, fittings, and outlet equipment for the complete system rather than relying on the reel pressure rating alone.
| Component | Selection |
|---|---|
| Included assembly | One TSH-N-3100 reel with the specified working hose, swivel, guide arm, ratchet, and hose stop. |
| Flexible inlet hose | Provide a supply connection that allows movement without side-loading the swivel; do not hard-pipe the inlet. |
| Outlet equipment | Select a nozzle, air tool, or coupler for the hose connection, fluid, and operating pressure. |
| Mounting hardware | Provide fasteners and a support structure suitable for the loaded reel and installation. |
| Optional swing bracket | Coxreels 15725 for vertical-surface mounting with 180-degree travel; order separately. |
These standard spring-rewind models require the operator to control the returning hose. Keep hold of it throughout rewind and keep people clear of the hose path. Have qualified personnel install the reel and check operation before placing it in service.
| Check | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Model and reach | Confirm TSH-N-3100, 3/8-inch hose I.D., and 100-foot working length. |
| Pressure and temperature | Do not exceed 300 PSI or 150°F; use any lower limit imposed by another component. |
| Mounting and clearance | Check the reel envelope, hose path, mounting pattern, and access to the swivel. |
| Overhead installation | Provide an independent safety chain or cable. Do not mount above 15 ft without factory guidance for a suitable configuration. |
| Spring safety | Do not disassemble the spring motor. Keep control of the hose during retraction. |
| Service preparation | Disconnect the pressure supply and release line pressure before adjustment or repair; inspect hose, fittings, and mounting hardware regularly. |
