The Fabco-Air 18HL-4 is a four-way, two-position pneumatic directional-control valve with a detented hand lever and 1/8-inch NPT ports. The lever stays in the selected position rather than spring-returning when released.
Use this valve where the air circuit calls for maintained manual switching. Its five-port arrangement supports single-inlet/dual-exhaust or dual-inlet/single-exhaust plumbing. Confirm the circuit and port connections before replacing another valve; two lever positions do not make this a two-way valve.
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Detented hand lever | Holds the selected valve position without continuous hand pressure. |
| Pressure-balanced spool | Supports consistent manual switching as the valve directs airflow. |
| Aluminum body and Delrin spool | Combine a metal valve body with a lightweight short-stroke spool. |
