The Dixon S32N King short-shank female hose coupling connects a water hose to a matching 2-1/2-inch NST (NH) male fitting. It has a plated-iron hose shank and plated-iron coupling nut.

This is the female half of the coupling, rather than the complete male-and-female set. Match the hose, securing method, thread standard, and mating face before assembly. Equal nominal thread sizes do not make different thread standards interchangeable.
