The Peterson M197ABS Lumen X® ABS indicator light is a 2-1/2-inch amber, single-LED lamp with a PL10 receptacle for trailer anti-lock braking system malfunction indication. Its permanently embossed ABS marking identifies the warning function without a separate lens label.

Match the connector and electrical supply when replacing an existing lamp. This is the PL10 configuration, not the AMP-connector version. A compatible grommet and plug are required for installation; select those components for the mounting opening and harness on your trailer.

This is a 12 V lamp, not a 24 V or multivolt model. Confirm the actual circuit voltage before connecting it. The lamp’s warning function should be checked as part of the trailer ABS system after installation; replacing the indicator does not diagnose or repair an ABS fault.
