We take great pride manufacturing superior water tanks and proudly backing that up with our standard five-year tank warranty. From the date of your purchase, we cover against defective workmanship or defective materials for a full five years.

HEAVY-DUTY BELLY PLATE
As part of our superior craftsmanship, all of our 3000+ gallon tanks come standard with a full belly plate. These plates increase the longevity of the tank by reinforcing the area most affected by stress and vibration. This additional detail is critical for preventing premature cracking and deterioration.
Standard belly plates are constructed with 3⁄16” ASTM A36 steel, running the entire length of the tank and measure 60” across. The belly plates, like all elements of our tanks, are 100% full welds, no skip welding.
EXTERIOR POWDER COATING
In our continuing pursuit to offer the highest quality product and achieve the longest lasting and most appealing finish, we have installed a state of the art powder coating facility.
Powder coating is an eco-friendly method of painting that requires no solvents and generates little or no hazardous material waste. The coating is applied as a dry powder and then cured to a solid, durable surface using heat.
The result is an attractive finish that is harder and more durable than conventional paint. Powder coating can be used to create a wide range of finishes and colors.
INTERIOR EPOXY COATING
Our tank interior liner is a solid, corrosion-resistant epoxy lining. Tanks are sandblasted to white metal and cleaned before the epoxy application.
Epoxy coating significantly enhances the durability of the tank interior by protecting it from rust and corrosion.
