The Tecnoseal R4MG is a 5 in. magnesium disc sacrificial anode supplied as a two-piece bolt-on assembly. It helps protect compatible metal tanks and submerged structures by preferentially corroding in place of the protected metal.
Each disc is 127 mm (5.00 in.) in diameter and 15 mm (0.59 in.) thick. Tecnoseal lists the R4MG as a paired USA-type disc anode supplied with stainless-steel fastening hardware.
