The Chelsea 281GMFJP-B5XD 281 Series Power Take-Off is a hydraulic PowerShift, or hot shift, PTO built for automatic transmission applications with a standard 10-bolt PTO opening. It is designed to provide dependable auxiliary power for hydraulic systems and driveline-driven equipment on heavy-duty trucks.
This PTO features a 35/37 gear ratio, pressure lubrication, and a round standard output shaft measuring 1-1/4" with a 5/16" key. The hydraulic shift design allows PTO engagement for compatible automatic transmission applications where a hot shift PTO is required.
The Chelsea 281 Series is commonly used in demanding vocational truck applications.
