Questions about this product?

Nozzle only. BrushHawk monitor, joystick, system harnesses, and optional water valve are sold separately.

The Elkhart Brass 6000-200E(D) selectable-flow electric nozzle, manufacturer part 06000212, gives a BrushHawk 8495 monitor adjustable water delivery from 15 to 200 GPM. This configuration has a 1-1/2-inch female NH/NST inlet and a Deutsch electrical connector for the monitor’s nozzle connection.

Choose this nozzle when you need several flow settings from one nozzle rather than a single fixed-flow selection. Set the gallonage at the nozzle, then use the BrushHawk joystick to change the discharge pattern remotely. The flow selector and electric pattern control perform different jobs: the joystick adjusts fog-to-stream pattern, not the selected gallonage.

Selectable flow with remote pattern control

A quick-turn selector ring lets you choose the required flow, and its locking lever holds the selected position. This gives operators a defined setting to match the available water supply and task. Electric pattern adjustment changes the discharge from a concentrated straight stream to a wider fog without reaching the nozzle.

Feature Benefit
Eight selectable flow settings Choose the required gallonage without changing to a different fixed-flow nozzle.
Locking flow-selector ring Secure the chosen setting with a positive locking lever.
Electric fog-to-stream adjustment Change the discharge pattern from the BrushHawk control position.
Manual pattern override Adjust the pattern by hand if electrical power is unavailable.
Flush position Pass water through the nozzle to help clear debris before returning to a flow setting.

Technical specifications

The listed gallonage settings are rated at 100 PSI nozzle pressure. Actual discharge changes with inlet pressure; account for pressure loss through the plumbing and monitor when sizing the supply. The 100 PSI flow-rating condition is not a statement of the complete system’s maximum pressure rating.

Select the components for your BrushHawk system

This is the nozzle assembly, not a complete water cannon package. It is intended for the BrushHawk 8495 with its matching 1-1/2-inch male NH outlet and nozzle wiring. The broader 6000 family also includes other inlet sizes and connector configurations, so match the complete part number rather than ordering by the series name alone.

Component Selection
Included nozzle One 06000212 nozzle assembly with electric pattern actuator and Deutsch connection.
Monitor (separate) BrushHawk 8495 with matching 1-1/2-inch male NH outlet.
Controller (separate) BrushHawk joystick 81899000 provides nozzle fog/stream control.
System harnesses (separate) Select the BrushHawk interconnect harness lengths for the installation.
Water valve (optional, separate) Add a compatible BrushHawk valve when joystick-controlled water on/off operation is required.

Before ordering

Confirm both the mechanical connection and electrical configuration before replacing an existing nozzle. A matching nominal inlet size alone does not establish thread or control compatibility. Install and operate the nozzle according to the applicable Elkhart instructions, and check movement and stream operation before returning the system to service.

Check What to confirm
Part and thread Match 06000212 and the 1-1/2-inch NH/NST connection; do not substitute NPT pipe thread.
Controls and power Verify the monitor’s nozzle harness and Deutsch connector; confirm the electrical configuration before direct wiring or retrofit use.
Water supply Confirm the selected GPM and available pressure at the nozzle, not only at the pump.
Mounting clearance Check nozzle orientation, secure attachment, swivel gasket, and clearance throughout monitor travel.
Safe operation Keep people out of the stream path and open the water supply slowly. Use only a hand wrench for the manual override, never a powered tool.
