The MSI A2-2-479 flange yoke connects a 1310-series U-joint and driveshaft to a matching 1410-pattern companion flange, such as a PTO output flange. Its four-bolt mounting face attaches to the companion flange, while its yoke ears accept the 1310-series U-joint.

Supplied by Machine Service, Inc. (MSI), this flange yoke is an aftermarket replacement for Dana Spicer 2-2-479. It provides the connection needed when the PTO has a compatible 1410-pattern output flange and the driveline uses a 1310-series universal joint.

This is a flange-mounted yoke. It attaches to the companion flange already installed on the PTO or other drive equipment; it does not mount directly onto a splined output shaft. The U-joint connection remains 1310 series.
