The UnitedBuilt AV1100-N Internal Nut is a genuine OEM replacement component for the UnitedBuilt AV1100 air-to-close water truck spray valve. The nut is part of the AV1100's serviceable internal diaphragm assembly and is used to retain the internal components of the valve assembly.
Unlike a generic molded plastic fastener, the AV1100-N is machined from black acetal copolymer for consistent dimensions, strength, and reliable performance in the AV1100 valve assembly. Acetal provides excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and resistance to wear, making it well suited for this serviceable internal valve component.
