The Elkhart 63936001 worm shaft is a stainless steel replacement shaft for selected Elkhart monitor drive assemblies. It fits the worm-shaft positions in Scorpion Electric 8294-04 and 8394-04 monitors and the SPITFIRE 8394-053 top motor assembly.

This service component is used when repairing the monitor drive mechanism. Inspect the mating worm gear, keys, bearings, and seals while the assembly is apart so the replacement shaft is installed with serviceable supporting parts.
