The UnitedBuilt 6C2000 VisionTank™ Water Truck on a 2027 Ford F-750 chassis is built for contractors, municipalities, rental fleets, and jobsite operators who need a maneuverable 2,000 gallon water truck with dependable spray performance and strong service support. This configuration gives crews the water capacity needed for dust control, road work, compaction support, site watering, and equipment washdown in a smaller vocational package than larger tandem-axle water trucks.
This 2,000 gallon water truck features a UnitedBuilt 6C2000 VisionTank™, five air-operated cab-controlled spray heads, a UnitedBuilt M3ZRMS 4x3 centrifugal pump with mechanical seal, a Muncie hot shift PTO, and a balanced tube PTO shaft. The VisionTank™ design uses a six-sided modified profile that helps create a lower tank profile than a traditional round-style tank while supporting better rearward visibility from the side profile.
The tank is built from 3/16" ASTM A36 steel with a fitted and curved 3/16" ASTM A36 baffle, fitted and curved 3/16" ASTM A36 heads, and a 1/4" ASTM A36 cradle-style tank subframe. This construction supports long-term durability in water truck service while maintaining the compact profile of the 6C2000 VisionTank™ design.
The 2027 Ford F-750 chassis brings a practical medium-duty platform with a Ford 6.7L Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel, Ford TorqShift 10R140 10-speed automatic transmission, 10,000 lb front axle, 21,000 lb rear axle, hydraulic brakes, and 25,999 lb GVWR. This build is well suited for buyers who want strong water truck capability while staying in a more compact, lower-GVWR configuration than a 4,000 gallon tandem truck.
