This TG Series configuration combines SAE 8-bolt mounting, manual-air shifting for 12V systems, and a 1-1/4-inch keyed output shaft. Its M65 input gear and arrangement 3 layout support the specified Mack transmission application.
For a Mack T2080B rear-box installation, select the left-side 8-bolt opening and the required 23M80062 spacer. Matching the transmission opening is only part of the selection: the pump or driven equipment must also suit the available speed, rotation, torque, and operating duty.
Manual-air control for a remote pump drive
The keyed output provides a connection for a compatible driveline or coupling. It gives installers a starting point for matching a remotely mounted pump while keeping shaft size, alignment, and clearance central to the selection.
Manual-air shifting uses the truck's air supply to actuate the PTO, with a 12V indicator circuit. Follow the mechanical-transmission engagement procedure: disengage the vehicle clutch and allow the transmission or PTO gears to stop before shifting the PTO into or out of gear.
