Nous construisons nos réservoirs en pensant à la longévité en utilisant uniquement les meilleurs matériaux, tels que l'acier ASTM A36, des soudures 100 % complètes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur (pas de soudure par sauts) et des plaques ventrales sur tous les réservoirs de plus de 3 000 gallons.

PLAQUE VENTRALE ROBUSTE

Dans le cadre de notre savoir-faire supérieur, tous nos réservoirs de plus de 3 000 gallons sont livrés en standard avec une plaque ventrale pleine. Ces plaques augmentent la longévité du réservoir en renforçant la zone la plus affectée par les contraintes et les vibrations. Ce détail supplémentaire est essentiel pour éviter les fissures et la détérioration prématurées.

Les plaques ventrales standard sont construites en acier ASTM A36 3⁄16", sur toute la longueur du réservoir et mesurent 60" de diamètre. Les plaques ventrales, comme tous les éléments de nos réservoirs, sont 100% entièrement soudées, sans saut de soudure.

REVÊTEMENT EXTÉRIEUR EN POUDRE

Dans notre quête continue d’offrir des produits de la plus haute qualité et d’obtenir la finition la plus durable et la plus attrayante, nous avons installé une installation de revêtement en poudre de pointe.

Le revêtement en poudre est une méthode de peinture écologique qui ne nécessite aucun solvant et ne génère que peu ou pas de déchets de matières dangereuses. Le revêtement est appliqué sous forme de poudre sèche, puis durci en une surface solide et durable grâce à la chaleur.

Le résultat est une finition attrayante, plus dure et plus durable que la peinture conventionnelle. Le revêtement en poudre peut être utilisé pour créer une large gamme de finitions et de couleurs.

REVÊTEMENT ÉPOXY INTÉRIEUR

Notre revêtement intérieur de réservoir est un revêtement époxy solide et résistant à la corrosion. Les réservoirs sont sablés jusqu'au métal blanc et nettoyés avant l'application de l'époxy.

Le revêtement époxy améliore considérablement la durabilité de l’intérieur du réservoir en le protégeant de la rouille et de la corrosion.

UnitedBuilt warrants that all other Equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”), unless otherwise specified by UnitedBuilt in separate written product warranty accompanying the Equipment or specified in the applicable Equipment price list (in which case such other product warranty term shall control). If, prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period, Equipment fails to conform to this Limited Warranty and Buyer informs UnitedBuilt in writing of such nonconformance, then UnitedBuilt will either (i) repair or replace the defective Equipment or (ii) in UnitedBuilt’s sole and exclusive discretion, refund the amount that Buyer paid for such defective Equipment at time of original purchase. Repair or replacement may be made with new or refurbished Equipment or component parts (at UnitedBuilt’s option) or, if UnitedBuilt no longer sells the applicable Equipment, with a similar Equipment of like function. Buyer shall bear the costs of access, de-installation, reinstallation and transportation of the Equipment to UnitedBuilt and back to Buyer. Any repair or replacement pursuant to this Limited Warranty shall not extend the Warranty Period.

(i) consumable Equipment and components (e.g., batteries, filters, belts and kits); (ii) Failure or damage caused by misapplication, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, improper installation, or abnormal conditions of temperature, moisture, or dirt or exposure to corrosive matter; and (iii) Equipment that is a component part not manufactured by UnitedBuilt. Other Equipment may be covered by warranties by other manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, which UnitedBuilt may assign or pass through to Buyer, without recourse to UnitedBuilt, to the extent allowable by the other manufacturers, suppliers or publishers.

EXCLUDED EXPENSES:

Travel mileage, travel labor, related travel expenses (such as meals or lodging) and rental equipment will not be covered.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY:

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS PARAGRAPH ARE SELLER’S SOLE WARRANTY. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED SELLER’S AFORESTATED OBLIGATION ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any other obligation in connection with the sale of the Equipment. This warranty shall not apply to any Equipment or parts of Equipment which (a) have been repaired or altered outside of Seller’s factory in any manner; or (b) have been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident; or (c) have been used in a manner contrary to UnitedBuilt’s printed instructions.
