The Buyers Products B46I is an imported 3/4-inch forged D-ring supplied with a weld-on mounting bracket. It provides a cargo tie-down attachment point and has a 9,120 lb working load limit.

The ring and bracket are forged C-1045 steel. The 3-inch by 3-inch inside opening provides space for the selected tie-down connection; check the hook or other connector dimensions before ordering. This is a weld-on configuration, not a bolt-on mounting plate.
