The Peterson 820C-7 Lumen X oval LED backup light provides white reverse lighting in a seven-diode, grommet-mount design. Its integral AMP receptacle suits a matching AMP harness connection rather than a PL3 lamp socket.

Choose 820C-7 when replacing the light while retaining compatible mounting and wiring components. For a new installation, select the grommet and plug separately; the 820KC-7 kit is a different part number.

Before ordering

A single light meets DOT backup-light requirements when properly mounted. Correct positioning and an unobstructed light output remain important; replacing the lamp does not by itself verify the complete vehicle installation.

Check What to confirm
Exact model Select the seven-diode 820C-7; do not substitute specifications from the multi-volt 820C-10.
Mounting Compare the oval opening, existing grommet and clearance behind the lamp.
Connector Match the AMP receptacle; a PL3 connector does not connect directly.
Parts needed Reuse only suitable mounting and wiring components, or order the separate 421-18 grommet and 817-48 plug.
