 The UnitedBuilt 4,000 Gallon Water Truck Tank Drop-On Kit is
engineered for durability, performance, and easy installation. Designed and
built in the USA, this R-Kit is ready for integration onto your chassis with
minimal fabrication required.

 Tank Construction

• Capacity: 4,000 gallons
• Exterior Finish: Powder-coated white with a zinc-rich primer
  for superior corrosion resistance
• Interior Lining: Industrial-grade epoxy coating to extend
  tank service life
• Mounting System: Heavy-duty 6-point mount with front springs
  and vulcanized rubber wear pads (fabrication required)

Water Pump & Hydraulic System

Water Pump: UnitedBuilt M3ZRMS 4x3 cast iron water pump

• Ceramic mechanical seal
• Rated up to 750 GPM at 65 PSI
• Made in the USA with domestic and imported materials

Hydraulic Drive: Hydraulic motor and reservoir included installed and plumbed

Hydraulic Pump: Shipped uninstalled; hydraulic lines run
through the tank using Schedule 80 pipe with front stub-out elbows for
connection

Spray System

Valves: Pre-plumbed with UnitedBuilt AV1100 soft-close spray
valves (Made in USA)

Spray Heads:

• (2) BC2399 rear adjustable fan spray heads
• (2) BC2179 side spray duckbill nozzles
• Operation: Each spray valve is independently air-operated
  Includes:
  100' of ¼" airline
• Air control console (packed loose for installation)

Optional Add-Ons
The R-Kit is pre-stubbed for additional bolt-on features,
including:

• Suction fill system
• Hose reel
• Remote-operated Elkhart Nitro HD water cannon
• (2) front spray valves (packed loose; some fabrication
  required)
