The Whelen BU82107 is a self-adjusting back-up alarm for commercial vehicles and mobile equipment. It monitors surrounding noise and automatically adjusts its warning output from 82 to 107 dB, helping maintain an effective reverse warning without producing more sound than operating conditions require.

Designed for 12–48 VDC electrical systems, the BU82107 uses stud connections and a fully encapsulated, glass-filled nylon housing for resistance to moisture, vibration, and corrosion. It is suitable for water trucks, construction equipment, dump trucks, utility vehicles, and other light- and heavy-duty vehicle applications.
