The Berkeley B87336 B3JRMBMS is a genuine Berkeley high-pressure hydraulic water truck pump and the direct replacement for the discontinued Berkeley B73403. Designed for demanding water truck applications, the B87336 uses the same SAE C 4-bolt mounting interface with a 1-1/4" 14-tooth splined drive as the B73403, allowing it to serve as a direct drop-in replacement in existing installations.

The B87336 retains the same external configuration and mounting arrangement as the B73403 while incorporating updates to the pump's internal hydraulic components. The new design features an updated impeller with a larger inlet eye, a corresponding larger-diameter wear ring, and revised machining inside the finished volute case. These changes are internal, so the B87336 maintains the familiar external fit of the previous B73403.

Built around Berkeley's B3JRMBMS platform, the B87336 features a mechanical seal, clockwise rotation, and a 4" suction x 3" discharge configuration. Its hydraulic-drive arrangement makes it well suited for high-pressure water truck pump systems where hydraulic power is preferred over a PTO-to-driveshaft pump configuration.

For fleets currently operating the B73403, the B87336 provides the current Berkeley replacement without requiring a change to the existing SAE C pump mounting arrangement.
