The Betts 4121ZC001 clamp ring fastener kit contains one zinc-plated steel bolt, one brass nut and one zinc-plated steel washer for the matching Betts manhole clamp ring. It supplies the three fastening components together when replacing missing, worn or damaged clamp hardware.

This is the zinc-plated steel hardware configuration with a brass nut, not the stainless steel kit. Match the existing manhole and clamp-ring assembly before ordering; nominal manhole size alone does not establish compatibility.

Replace the clamp fastening hardware

The separate kit lets you replace the bolt, nut and washer without ordering a complete manhole assembly. Inspect the clamp ring and its welded clips at the same time: new fasteners do not correct a damaged ring or compromised welds.

Before ordering

Use genuine Betts replacement hardware and follow the current Betts clamp-ring installation and welded-clip inspection instructions. Correct ring seating and final tightening are required; replacing a bolt alone does not establish that the manhole is safely secured. Address residual tank pressure, tank contents, fall hazards and pinch points before service, and complete the required assembly leak or pressure checks before returning the equipment to use.
