The Sealco 140380 pressure protection valve helps isolate air brake reservoirs and the auxiliary air devices supplied by them when a connected component fails. Its 70 PSI nominal closing pressure is paired with 1/4-inch NPT inlet and outlet ports.

An internal filter and positive one-way check valve are built into the assembly. The valve opens at approximately 10 PSI above its nominal closing pressure. Select it by the required protection setting and plumbing layout; the 70 PSI specification is a closing threshold, not a maximum pressure rating or an adjustable outlet setting.
