Victaulic No. 10-DR drain elbow, F030010PDR, combines a 3-inch OGS grooved 90-degree elbow with a 1-inch NPT drain outlet. It is designed for fire-protection standpipe layouts that need drainage at the change in direction.

The drain tapping is integral to the elbow, avoiding a separate threaded branch fitting at that point. Confirm that the drain location and adjoining components match your system design; this is a drain elbow, not a drain valve.
